The story of the deep-rooted Köprülü family reaches back to a past stretching from the Balkans to Anatolia in the Ottoman era. The family, which rose to prominence on the stage of history with Köprülü Mehmed Pasha, has represented labour, trust and continuity for generations.
Today we carry this deep-rooted legacy into production as a family business in Bursa Yenişehir. As Köprülü Un Sanayi AŞ, we combine the values inherited from tradition with a modern approach to production, delivering our quality flour from Bursa to businesses across the world.
We carry on the relay begun by our forefathers in 1656, with experience and understanding passed down from generation to generation. Today we take pride in keeping alive — and carrying into the future — the legacy of our family, who served this land during the years of the War of Independence.
